- Loss, damage or theft of packages/items once they are checked in for delivery by USPS. USPS must be notified of these occurrences and if covered by Priority shipping they will process your insurance claim. I, Grizel Ubarry, will gladly be your advocate in any of these circumstances. Please note that shipping matters need to be first taken up with the third-party vendor.
- Delays in delivery after the packages/items have been checked in to USPS. Bad weather can cause delays in mail carrier transportation.
- Replacing or refunding items or shipping costs because orders were sent to a wrong address submitted by the customer. Please double check that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
We do not accept returns; the majority of our products are through third-party vendors such as Amazon. Any returns will need to be communicated directly with the vendor.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, lost via mail or damaged that are directly sold by us (not a third-party vendor). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only in the case of an order fulfillment error, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed.
